This company produces metal casting, oxygen production, sintering, iron making, steel making, steel rolling and other metal production projects. They use the anti-scale system to prevent and remove mineral scaling inside their chiller pipelines.

We installed one of the mineral descaler devices on the Siemens circuit board manufacturing plant. To test the performance of the descaling system, we installed the unit just before a cleaning station with a water temperature of 122 F. We have to descale the water nozzles every day and we run a full cleaning once a week because our water hardness is so high. It has been 5 weeks since we installed the descaler and the mineral scale deposits have reduced so much that we have not had to run a single cleaning cycle over the past 5 weeks.
