Huaxin Plastic is one of the largest professional manufacturers of plastic pipes in northern China. The mineral descaling greentech was installed to solve their scaling problems across 12 extrusion production lines, vacuum water tanks and nozzles. Without the Vulcan descalers their nozzles had to be every 15 days. 30 days after installing the Vulcan S250 model, no new scale formation was seen in the production equipment nozzles.
