Sea Link Die Casting

The cooling tower were heavily scaled and the build-up was difficult to remove. This resulted in poor heat transfer efficiency and a high rate of product manufacturing defects. The cooling tower system required manual cleaning 4-6 times a year. 6 months after installing the Vulcan S100 no new scale had formed in the cooling system
