The factory had been operating for more than a year without any water treatment and the built-up mineral scale impacted cooling efficiencies, and reduced water flow and pressure. 6 months after installing the mineral descaler the circulating water system was re-examined and there was an increase in water flow and pressure, proving that no new scale had been formed on the inside of their pipes and that mineral scale layers had been removed.
