The heat exchanger of the cooling water system was heavily scaled. Every year the piping infrastructure had to be manually disassembly and cleaned due the mineral scaling issues. After 6 months of using the mineral descaling technology the factory data center platform showed that the heat exchanger temperature still did not rise, so it can be determined that there was no new scale inhibiting heat transfer rates.
