The Foshan Brick Factory installed a Vulcan S25 on the inlet water pipe and after 1 month they observed a 50% improvement in nozzles and branch pipes. The inlet water temperature is now 49.5 °C and the spray reaction temperature has decreased to 120-140 °C. Installing the mineral descaler has improved energy efficiency.
