Hejiashan Cement

The cement production process generates excessive mineral scale accumulation in the cooling water pipes. This causes pipes to become blocked impacting production.

Every 6 weeks the company had to hut production down and descale the pipe lines and then replace these pipes annually.
After 1 month using the Vulcan mineral descalers the pipes lines are NOT clogged with mineral scale and show no signs of becoming blocked.
