The hotel had large amounts of scale chunks on the heating element and in the reservoir sump. After 12 weeks of using the Vulcan descaler the scale had been removed.

Several rooms were monitored before the Vulcan descaler was installed.

AFTER:

Scale gradually disappeared and after 3 months scale is entirely gone from water heater elements and the reservoir sump

The Vulcan descaler has successfully reduce time, energy and capital required by the hotel to maintain their water system. 10 rooms were part of the initial observation group; after the 12 week period the other rooms were inspected to find that they too were free of scale.
