We dismantled our salt-based water softener because our household machines were constantly broken. The machines had a slimy coating inside. Now that we have installed the Vulcan mineral descaler we do not have to carry salt bags anymore and the space‐consuming equipment is gone. The costs for service and maintenance are completely eliminated.
