Steam is used in the technological process in growth chambers for the bakery. In the tiller (steam generator), mineral scale builds up on the tubular heaters of the steam generating elements. After using the Vulcan technology our bakery no longer observes calcification issues on this problem area. The Vulcan descaler has now solved this problem for us.
