Hard mineral scale deposits were impacting the operating and performance of McDonald’s hot water heater in a Polish restaurant causing a significant heating costs increase and decreased efficiency.
Mineral descaling technology was implemented throughout this apartment’s hot water system to support the new renovation project to remove and prevent scale formation in heat exchangers, tanks, and pipelines.
After 3 months the heat pump has been running efficiently, the pipes are staying clean, and no new scale has formed on the shower heads or hot water faucets in the guest rooms. The eco- friendly Vulcan descaler has completely replaced their water softener.
Due to the shower head scaling problem in Changping student dormitory in Beijing University of Chemical Technology, the water was getting reduced after a month, and the shower head was blocked completely after 2-3 months. We installed 2 Vulcan to test. After 2 months, no scale was found on the shower heads, only saw a thin layer of white membrane, and it was easy to remove.
